To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvesta AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alvesta AS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
